Terms of service

These terms govern your access to and use of Kotevle. By creating an account, subscribing or using the service you agree to them.

Plans and prices

Subscription prices in ILS: Pro — ₪290 / month or ₪2,900 / year (two months free when billed annually). Business — ₪690 / month or ₪6,900 / year (two months free when billed annually). Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We show the exact total and selected plan on the payment screen before you confirm.

Billing and auto-renewal

Your plan renews automatically for the same term unless you cancel before the next renewal. Payment is processed by Sumit on our behalf. If a renewal fails we may retry and, if it still fails, access may be limited.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time by email to info@botley.co.il. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no penalty. Refunds are processed per the Refund policy within three business days.

Acceptable use and content

You agree not to use Kotevle to violate law or infringe third-party rights. You retain the rights to the content you create; you grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content to run the service. We do not train public models on your content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
