Privacy policy
Kotevle processes the minimum personal data needed to run the service: sign-in, account-scoped drafts and brands, and payment. This page explains what we collect, why, who is involved, and the rights you hold.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive the email address, display name and profile picture you choose to share. In Firestore we store the content you create along with preferences and usage records. We store small browser values for language, theme, accessibility and consent. We do not require a phone number or a physical address, and we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use your data
We use your data to authenticate you, keep drafts and brands tied to your account, deliver the writing and document tools, show usage limits, bill you and provide support. AI providers (Google Gemini and OpenRouter) process content only when you actively submit an action. We do not sell your data and do not train public models on your content.
Cookies and local storage
We use necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication persistence, language, theme, accessibility, consent records and account-scoped drafts. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded before consent.
Service providers
Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication and the data store. Google Gemini and OpenRouter process content for AI actions you submit. Sumit processes subscriptions and receives the plan, amount and billing details needed to complete a payment. Each provider processes data only to deliver its function.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13, effective August 2025) you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Send a request to info@botley.co.il.
