Cookie and local storage policy

Kotevle uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate secure sign-in, remember necessary preferences, protect account-scoped drafts and, only with the visitor's choice, enable optional technologies.

Which technologies are necessary?

Essential storage supports authentication, security, language, accessibility preferences, consent records and drafts that are bound to the signed-in account. The lang cookie may remain for up to twelve months. Firebase Authentication browser persistence follows the account, session and browser settings.

Which technologies are optional?

Analytics, functional enhancements and marketing are optional and off by default. Kotevle does not currently load an optional analytics or marketing tag before consent. A future optional integration must check the saved category before loading.

How can visitors change their choice?

Cookie settings are available from the public footer and workspace menu. Browser site data can also be cleared, but clearing essential storage may sign the user out, reset preferences or remove local drafts.

Which providers are involved?

Firebase and Google Cloud support sign-in and cloud operation. Google Gemini or OpenRouter may process content only after the user actively submits an AI action. This processing is separate from optional browser tracking.
